Spoilers for General Hospital on Tuesday, September 19, 2023: Marshall is adamant; Eddie books a gig; Portia feels left out; Sonny cautions Dex; and Anna gets a visitor.
General Hospital Episode Recap Tuesday, September 19, 2023: A Plan To Expose The Truth
Sasha comes out of the bathroom and thanks Sam for the change of clothes. Cody reluctantly agrees to go take a shower and change as well and when he comes out he shows them the pills he found in the doctor's clothes. Dante says he will have them analyzed and Sam and Cody think the doctor was going to use them to overdose Sasha to keep her quiet.
Dante isn't sure that Montague wanted to kill her but Cody says it had to be some extreme plan. Sam wonders how they can prove it. They all go over everything they know but keep getting stuck on how to prove it. They talk about the charges Cody is facing and Sasha thinks they should turn themselves in before it gets any worse.
Dante thinks the key to helping them is Mac. He thinks that Mac will believe in Cody's innocence and Cody remembers telling Dante the truth about Mac being his father. Cody doesn't want to get Mac involved. Sam asks them for 24 hours to try and figure something out and Cody and Sasha agree to sit tight. Cody thanks Sam and Dante before they leave. Sasha can't believe what they're willing to risk and Cody tells her that they all believe in her. Sasha thinks they have no other choice but to just wait but Cody says they have another option, they could disappear.

Nina and Valentin are shocked by what they see on the surveillance video and Nina asks what Valentin is going to do. He tells her that he will take care of it and asks her not to show anyone the video. Anna is surprised when Charlotte knocks on her door looking for Valentin. She warns her about the mess and calls Valentin to tell him that Charlotte is there.
Valentin goes to the suite and asks Charlotte what she is doing there and she tells him that she just needed to see him. The police arrive and offer to fingerprint the room but Valentin says that would be pointless since it's a hotel room. Olivia is surprised to find Nina on her computer but Nina covers with a lie about her wedding plans. Olivia tells her that she and Neddie are going out and asks her to lock up when she leaves.
The officer tells Anna that it looks like a case of malicious mischief to him and asks her if she wants to file a complaint. Anna asks them to conduct an investigation and to keep her in the loop. The officer asks if she thinks the arson is related to this break-in and she says maybe, she just doesn't know. The police leave and Anna worries about Charlotte being scared. She asks Valentin if he saw anything on the surveillance video.
Anna is surprised when he tells her that the footage from their floor is missing. She tells him to take Charlotte home and she will deal with getting them a new room. Valentin takes Charlotte out of the room and looks at her suspiciously as she asks if he's ready to go. Nina looks at the footage again and is upset seeing Charlotte break into Anna's room.

Trina surprises Portia and Curtis with a visit. She brought a new video game for her and Curtis to play and they get down to business. Curtis questions why she is there when she just moved into her dorm but Trina says she just wanted to hang out with them. Portia tries to join in with them but it's not really her thing. When Trina goes to get them drinks Curtis tells Portia that she is there to check on them and she raised a very special young woman.
Portia gets a call and tells them she has to go help a friend and leaves them happily playing their video game together. Curtis and Trina talk about his visit to the club and he admits that going back was eye-opening for him. They talk about him thinking of selling the club and Trina tells him that he is the club. She wonders what will happen to it without him.
Curtis changes the subject to her and asks about school and what she's looking forward to. Trina tells him about the trip she is planning with Spencer. Trina admits she hasn't told Portia but promises that she will. Curtis tells her that the most important thing is how she feels about Spencer and asks her about it. Trina admits she is falling in love with him but hasn't told him yet.
Curtis asks if Trina is having doubts about Spencer and she tells him about how she feels. Curtis admits that he wasn't Spencer's fan but Greenland changed things for him as far as that goes. He asks if Trina is sure she can count on Spencer emotionally and she says yes. Curtis talks to her about the differences in the worlds they come from and the issues with Esme and Ace. Curtis tells her that he has learned you have to live in the moment and Trina asks if he thinks this is her moment.

Marshall and N'neeka are dismayed by the slow crowd at the Savoy. Marshall is made more upset when Selina Wu comes in with her date, Zion. They order champagne but only want two glasses because they are heading to a new club that is always very busy. N'neeka goes into the back hall and makes a call for some help. Selina approaches Marshall again and reiterates her offer to buy the club but Marshall turns her down again. Wu and her date leave, laughing as she thanks Marshall for the champagne.
Portia goes to the club to support them since Curtis and Trina were hanging out together. Neddie and Olivia come in and are surprised to find how empty it is. N'neeka tells Portia about Marshall's face-off with Selina. She asks Portia if Wu is trying to get her hands on the Savoy and Portia agrees that she is. They worry that Marshall doesn't realize how dangerous Wu is.
Marshall talks to Neddie about his new song and invites him to perform at the Savoy when he finishes it and challenges him to get it done by the next week. Neddie asks him if there will be a better crowd by then. Marshall tells him that Curtis will pack the place, he just needs something to promote. Marshall thinks the return of Eddie Maine could be just what Curtis and the Savoy need.
Marshall tells him that he will send over drinks for him and his date and when he leaves Neddie asks Olivia if they are on a date. Olivia says that if it gets them free drinks it is and they toast. Portia talks to Marshall and he vows to not let Selina Wu take what Curtis built.

Dex goes into Sonny's office and tells him that the knockoff shoe shipment arrived safely. Sonny tells him that he wouldn't be so sure about that. He tells Dex that the charges have been dropped but the feds are going to be watching him closely. Sonny says that the NSA aspects put things on a whole different level and Pikeman isn't taking no for an answer.
The representative from Pikeman arrives and congratulates Sonny on the charges being dropped. He gives him a suitcase full of cash and says it's an apology for any trouble he had. Sonny asks if it's an apology or a downpayment on another deal. Sonny rejects their apology and wants to know who on their side is talking because he knows his guys aren't.
He tells Roman that he got a lot of questions when he was detained and he will not be doing any more business with them until they plug their leak. He refuses to go down for doing business with Pikeman. After Roman leaves, Sonny asks Dex his opinion and pushes him to give it to him when Dex hesitates.
Dex tells Sonny his opinion. He doesn't think Pikeman leaked anything because they are too efficient and have too much to lose but he also thinks none of Sonny's guys leaked. Sonny doesn't disagree and is impressed with his assessment. He tells Dex about the planted evidence and asks what he thinks he should do. Dex advises him to cut ties with Pikeman but Sonny doesn't think Pikeman will just go away. He says he bought some time but has to figure out how to move forward.
