Spoilers for General Hospital on Thursday, September 21, 2023: Drew updates Carly; Diane meets with Robert; Anna hits a dead end; Sam asks Willow for a favor; and Valentin seeks out Dante.
General Hospital Episode Recap Thursday, September 21, 2023: Is Diane Jealous...Again?
Brook Lynn sees Neddie at the Quartermaine mansion and asks if Tracy is around. Neddie assures her that she isn't and says that him playing music is the first sign of that. Brook Lynn confides in him that she is going back to music management and that she is meeting with a potential client that day, Blaze! Neddie encourages her and tells her that Marshall called and asked him to play at the Savoy that night.
He's concerned that his music career will be over before it starts because he hasn't finished his song. Brook Lynn encourages him to take the gig and to invite Olivia to go to it personally. After he leaves, Brook Lynn calls Blaze and tells her how excited she is for their meeting.

Olivia is daydreaming about her date at the Savoy with Neddie when Anna comes in and asks about the surveillance footage from the break-in. Olivia is surprised because she hasn't heard anything about it. Anna tells her that she was told the footage was missing but Olivia assures her that can't be true. She is upset when she tries to find it on the server and finds that it's gone. Olivia tells Anna that only she and Nina have access to the server and promises to look into it more.
After Anna leaves Olivia calls Nina who tells her that the footage was missing when she tried to access it and that she meant to tell Olivia but she got busy with work and forgot. Olivia calls the security company and angrily demands answers. Neddie shows up at her office while she is on the phone and when she hangs up he tells her about the gig at the Savoy. She hugs him excitedly and then quickly backs off. She emotionally tells him that she has a lot of work to do and asks him to leave.

Willow is thrilled to be back at work at GH and the other nurses welcome her back. Sam steps off the elevator and gets a call from Dante. They talk about needing to prove that Montague drugged Sasha and when Sam sees Willow she gets an idea. Sam takes Willow to the side and asks for her help. She explains what's been going on and asks Willow if she can access Sasha's toxicology report from the night she stabbed Cody.
Willow agrees to help because she cares deeply for Sasha. She takes a picture of the report and sends it to Sam and then explains to her how bad it actually is. Sam goes to the PCPD and tells Dante what she found and what it means.

Valentin stops by Nina's but Charlotte is still asleep. She asks him what he's going to do but he says he is working on that. He feels he has been neglecting Charlotte and needs to give her more attention and keep her close. He's worried that she may have been the one to burn down Anna's house and Nina tells him that eventually he will have to confront Charlotte and find out the truth. After he leaves Charlotte wakes up and Nina takes her to Kelly's for breakfast.
Valentin goes to the PCPD to let Dante know that he will be keeping Charlotte with him and Anna. He thanks Dante for taking care of her and Dante asks that she be able to still visit Rocco. Valentin agrees because he knows how important family is. Dante questions him about the break-in and Valentin tells him that whoever is trying to unsettle Anna is succeeding.

Robert meets Diane for breakfast and tells her that he may have information that will help Drew. He tells her that he found out the judge is angling for a promotion and thinks he may have put the hammer down on Drew to get to Sonny through Carly. Diane starts to strategize but Robert stops her because Anna just arrived. He goes over and tells Anna he has something for her and has her sit at another table.
Robert goes back to Diane and tells her that he will have to make breakfast up to her another time because he has to do something with Anna. Diane is annoyed and tells him not to bother. Robert goes back to Anna and gives her a digital picture frame with many pictures she thought she had lost forever. Anna is touched by the gift and Diane watches unhappily as she waits for the elevator. Later Valentin steps off the elevator and he and Anna share a tense look.
