Spoilers for General Hospital on Wednesday, September 27, 2023: Eddie and Olivia share a charged moment; Sam and Dante fill in Chase; Michael is anxious; Kristina is insistent; and Sasha unleashes her anger.
General Hospital Episode Recap Wednesday, September 27, 2023: Sprina's Plans Hit A Snag
At the PCPD, Chase checks on Dante and Cody in the interrogation room, but Dante tells them that they’re fine and will be finished soon. Sam’s arrival furthers Chase's suspicions and when he brings her into the interrogation room, he asks them all what’s going on. He tells them about Gladys freaking out and says that the only reason she left was because she got a phone call.
By the look on Sam’s face, Chasee could tell she was the one behind it and Dante finally tells him that they think that Gladys has been embezzling from Sasha. They run it all down for Chase and he thanks Cody for everything that he did to help her and tells him that if he ever needs anything all he has to do is ask.
Dante leaves the room and calls to get a background check on Montague. While he is in the lobby, Scott arrives and wants to see his client, threatening Dante with a lawsuit if they denied Cody a chance to call his lawyer. In the interrogation room, Cody talks to Sam and tells her how worried he is about Sasha confronting Gladys because of how dangerous and manipulative Gladys is.
Dante comes in with Scott and then he and Sam leave. Scott tries to talk to Cody about his options, but Cody tells him that he’s there’s nothing he needs to do. In the lobby, Sam tells Dante that she’s worried about what Gladys will do.

Gladys is shocked to see Sasha at the door but covers and greets her happily. Sasha tells her that it sounds like she was expecting someone else and Gladys changes the subject by telling her how afraid she was when she was missing. Sasha notices the suitcase and asks Gladys if she is leaving. Gladys tells her that she was going to try to find her and to see if Cody has an accomplice. Sasha tells her that Cody didn’t have an accomplice she did.
Gladys is flustered and keeps trying to change the subject but Sasha won’t let her. She yells at Gladys that she knows she’s been stealing from her and knows everything that happened to her is because Gladys was afraid of losing her meal ticket. She accuses her of conspiring with Dr. Montague to drive her insane to keep her under the guardianship. She sobs that she thought Gladys loved her and asks how she could betray her when she trusted her with everything.
Sasha tells Gladys that the doctor was drugging her and planning to kill her with a staged OD. Gladys tells her that she did everything she could to stop him and she didn’t want any of this to happen, things just got out of control. She explains to Sasha about her gambling addiction and the money she lost. She tells her she was always planning on paying her back, but she just kept losing.
Gladys tells Sacha that Montague never told her what the pills would do and then admits that she also never asked she apologizes and tells Sasha how sorry she is. Sasha says that she’s sorry she can prove it by going to the PCPD to confess everything she did and then agree to testify against the doctor.

Olivia and Brook Lynn talk at the Savoy about Neddie performing there. Olivia tells her that she thinks Neddie’s new song will be what brings him back to them but she’s also scared that she could be getting her hopes up for nothing. Brook Lynn tells her that even if he doesn’t come back at least he’s getting used to them, but Olivia thinks that he may not like them enough to stay. Blaze comes in and Brook Lynn runs over, hugs her, and tells her that Neddie is actually her father.
Neddie is backstage, talking to Marshall, and thanks him for letting him play. Marshall tells him that he only gave him the invitation, Curtis did all of the publicity, and that there are a lot of people coming. Marshall tells Neddie that he can’t wait to hear his new song but leaves before Neddie can tell him that it’s not actually finished. Neddie gives his bands the set list and tells them to go get a beer before they play.
Brook Lynn comes in and talks to Neddie about how excited she is to finally see him perform after years of listening to his CDs and hearing about it from Ned and her mom. She wishes Lois was there but knows Neddie doesn't remember her. She starts to hug him but then stops and just tells him to break a leg before leaving the room.
Brook Lynn goes back into the club and tells Olivia that Neddie’s not nearly as nervous as they are. Olivia goes to check on him and Blaze tells Brook Lynn how shocked she is about the entire situation with Neddie. Brooklyn admits to missing her father but adds that she’s also starting to like Eddie.
TJ and Molly come and start to talk to Curtis and after they leave to go get drinks Porti comes over and Curtis tells her about how he got the place loaded with people again. When Molly and TJ come back over Portia congratulates them again on the baby. TJ tells her that he wanted to tell his mom but he didn’t get the chance because she ended up having to work. Marshall comes over and tells Curtis that the Savoy is packed because everyone wants to see him. Curtis says he’s not so sure about that but it’s nice to be back. Marshall says he should be happy that he didn’t sell, but Curtis tells him that he hasn’t made up his mind on Selina's offer yet.
Michael, Willow, and Kristina arrive. Willow is very excited to be getting back out on the town again but Michael’s worried about her. Kristina tells him to calm down before he ends up Type A, like Molly. Kristina goes over to talk to Molly and TJ and Willow tells Michael he doesn’t have to worry about her and he can stop watching her. He tells her that she’s so beautiful he can’t take his eyes off of her.
Kristina approaches Molly and TJ and congratulates them on their baby news before leaving quickly. Backstage Eddie is trying to finish his song when Olivia comes in and comments that she can’t believe he’s not nervous. He tells her that performing is what he lives for and she gives him a bandanna from Leo with dinosaurs on it. He thanks her with a hug, but Olivia quickly backs away from him. She leaves the room telling him that she hopes he can finish this song and figure out who his Siren is.
Olivia interrupts Brook Lynn, Chase, and Blaze, talking and drags Brook Lynn away. She tells her that she’s humiliated because she thought that Neddie was going to kiss her and all he wanted was a hug. She admits that she wanted to kiss him, but feels like it would’ve been cheating on her husband. Brooklyn points out that he is her husband, but Olivia is confused.
Michael and Willow are shocked when they see Tracy arrive. Kristina sees Blaze and they talk. Neither of them is there with anybody so they decide to hang out together. Marshall goes up on stage and introduces Neddie. The crowd cheers and Eddie and the Idle Rich take the stage. He sings and everybody has a good time and cheers him on.
Michael goes over to Tracy and thinks it’s great that she showed up to support Ned. She orders him to get her another drink. Eddie tells everybody that he was planning on finishing singing his new song and performing it, but it’s not ready yet, so he decides to sing an old song from the Idle Rich instead. He dedicates it to Olivia, calling her his best friend. At the end of the song, everyone in the Savoy goes wild.

At the dorms, Trina is packing for her weekend with Spencer and telling Joss how excited she is about it. She feels they are ready to take the next step. At Laura's apartment, Spencer checks on the car for the trip to the airport and then Esme comes into the room. She gets a text on her phone and looks at Spencer in panic as she tells him that he can't go.
Spencer calls Trina and tells her that they can't go to New York because Ace was exposed to chicken pox at daycare and could have it. Trina is disappointed but understands. After she hangs up Joss tells her that it's ok to be let down. "And pissed off?" Trina asks. Joss tells her that's ok too and recommends that she throw something to feel better. Trina laughs and throws a pillow at her and then Joss gives her a hug.
At Laura's, Spencer is about to go upstairs to pack when Esme tells him that the daycare texted again. Trina is surprised in her dorms a little later when Spencer shows up and tells her that Ace wasn't exposed and that they can still go on their weekend trip.
