Y&R Recap Today

At Jabot, Jack informs Billy that Ashley has recently spoken to him about Tucker constantly calling her. Billy suggests it's time to take action and asks who should approach Devon first. Jack is hesitant about turning Devon against Tucker and worries about the potential damage it could cause. He advises Billy to let go of the matter and not involve Devon. However, Billy insists they force the issue to get Tucker out of town for good. Jack disagrees and urges his brother to drop it before heading to a meeting. Billy then sends a text to Devon asking if he's available to discuss something important.
During Devon's visit with Lily, she confides in him about her troubles. She brings up how Victor had become a private investor to prevent Chancellor-Winters from going public. However, Victor now wants out and has already sold his stake to an unknown third party. Lily hopes to speak with Victor to try and gather more information. She also mentions how he demoted Victoria and reinstated himself, wondering if there's a connection. As they talk, Billy sends Devon a text message, likely wanting to know what Tucker is up to now. Lily asks for Devon's opinion on Tucker's return and Ashley's accusations against him. He admits that if it were anyone else, he might be more willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, given Tucker's past, it's unlikely that he's the victim in this situation, as Abby had reminded him.

Phyllis and Diane run into each other, and Diane greets Phyllis. Diane attempts to make small talk, but Phyllis responds by saying they merely tolerate each other and should not pretend otherwise. Diane suggests they establish civility between them for Kyle and Summer's sake. They both want Kyle and Summer to reunite, considering Phyllis is responsible for their divorce. Phyllis disagrees, claiming they are both at fault, but Diane disagrees. She points out how Phyllis put Summer in a position to lie and eventually destroyed her marriage. Phyllis is fed up and wants to end the conversation. Diane doesn't necessarily want them to meddle, but to maintain a peaceful front. They start arguing until Tucker walks in. Diane realizes he is the person Phyllis is meeting and tells them they are perfect for each other as she exits.
Y&R Recap Today
Devon and Billy meet up at Society. Devon assumes that they will discuss Tucker, the only important topic between them. Billy offers coffee and expresses his concern about his father's behavior, which he believes is becoming uncontrollable again. Billy is inclined to believe Ashley's side of the story rather than Tucker's. He shares that his sister was frightened of Tucker when he got angry with her for changing her mind about their company. Devon is curious about why Billy is telling him all of this.
Summer bumps into Kyle at Crimson Lights, and it reminds her of their previous conversation about their divorce. She approaches him, and he asks if she received the letter regarding the meeting about their son Harrison's custody. She confirms that she did and promises to do everything possible to make the divorce as smooth and painless as possible for Harrison. Kyle emphasizes that Harrison's well-being is their top priority, and she agrees, not wanting to make things even harder for their son. Summer questions if this means they are calling a truce. However, Kyle is quick to clarify that they shouldn't get too carried away. They joke about returning to their fighting ways, but Summer is happy that Kyle has put his anger aside. He reassures her that she will always be Harrison's mother. Summer then asks about how he is coping with all the changes at Newman, to which he reveals that her grandmother had forced Audra to end things with him. Summer is relieved that it is over and suggests that he use this as a wake-up call to return to his family's company where he belongs. After receiving a text about a meeting, she heads out.
Lily visits Victor to inquire about his decision to sell his private stake in Chancellor-Winters. Victor assures her that everything is fine and that they have done an excellent job. Despite this, Lily persists in asking why he is backing out. Victor explains that investors come and go, and he has his reasons for selling. He reminds Lily that he helped her reconcile with her brother and that he now has issues with his own company to address. Victor compliments Lily on her success with the company and suggests that her father would be proud. However, he cannot reveal the identity of the investor who bought his stake, as they wish to remain anonymous until everything is finalized. Once the details are settled, the investor will reveal themselves.
Jack is thinking about his conversation with Billy at the Abbott mansion, where Tucker tried to cause conflict between them. Diane arrives and greets him with a kiss on the cheek. She quickly shares her recent run-in with Phyllis. Jack agrees with Phyllis that they should not interfere in Summer and Kyle's break-up. He reminds her of the negative impact meddling had on their own relationship. Diane understands but wishes her son would realize his mistakes and come back home. Both Jack and Diane are concerned about the distance Kyle has created between them and fear he may be struggling. Jack reiterates that they cannot force him to come back and suggests they enjoy a peaceful dinner instead. Upon arriving at Society, Jack catches sight of Billy with Devon and assumes his brother didn't take his advice.
