General Hospital Episode Recap and Spoilers for October 26, 2023:
Spoilers for General Hospital on October 26, 2023: Felicia makes a costly mistake; Sonny and Dante have a heart-to-heart; Josslyn is outraged; Cody is given food for thought; and Curtis is livid.
GH Recap Today
When Willow walks in, she wonders if she is interrupting Michael and Nina. Michael reassures her that it's a perfect time since they were just discussing something that concerns her. He then turns to Nina and asks if she wants to tell Willow or if he should. Nina reveals that they were discussing the island and going back there. Willow admits that's why she came and suggests they could go back for Halloween. However, Nina declines the offer and Michael suggests they can plan for it next year. Michael tells Nina that she could give her the gift now, but Nina says it can wait and that she will bring it by the weekend.
Michael pushes for Nina to give the gift now and she does. Michael asks if he can walk Willow to her car, but she declines as she wants to catch up with Nina. Michael then leaves. Willow opens the gift and expresses her appreciation to Nina. Nina is happy that Willow likes it. Willow believes that this can be a fresh start for all of them. Nina embraces Willow, expressing her gratitude for having her in her life. While holding hands, Willow notices that Nina is wearing the bracelet she gave her. They discuss Harmony, and Willow mentions that she has been dreaming about her lately. She feels that Harmony is trying to warn her about something. Nina appears uneasy, and Willow wonders if it is because she mentioned Harmony. Nina denies it and says she has been contemplating her gratitude. She has lost a lot in her life and doesn't want to lose anything else. Willow reassures her that she will not lose her. Sonny comes visiting with flowers, he says they should celebrate their first night back in Port Charles as husband and wife.
GH Recap Today
During her visit with Cody, Sasha shares that she came across a photo of her and Brando while packing for her trip. She considered bringing it with her but ultimately chose to leave it behind. While on her way to the airport, she reflected on the positive aspects of Port Charles despite the loss and betrayal caused by Gladys. She reveals that she will be staying at the Metro Court for a few nights until her belongings return. Cody offers to have her stay at the Q mansion, but Sasha declines, citing that some of the Quartermaines can be difficult to deal with. Sasha admits that she hasn't returned Maxie's calls, assuming that it's more bad news. Cody defends Maxie and shares that he has gotten to know her and has been spending time with James. Sasha isn't surprised, knowing that Cody is like family to him. Cody is grateful for her understanding that he hasn't been honest with Mac. Sasha acknowledges that it's not her place to interfere but suggests that it would be amazing if Cody told Mac the truth.

Carly informs Josslyn that she visited Sonny because Drew was transferred back to Pentonville. She shares that she attempted to see Drew, but he was held in solitary confinement. Although they have made some progress, Drew has not been released yet. Later, Michael arrives and Josslyn urges him to use his Quartermaine connections to help. Carly informs her children about her collaboration with Alexis and advises Michael to keep a low profile while still pushing his connections with his contact at the SEC. She wants to identify the person who blew the whistle on her and Drew and won't stop until she does. Michael says his contact is still working on it and will update her if there is any progress. Later, Willow comes over and talks about the wedding and expresses her pride in Michael's efforts to step up and accept Sonny and Nina..png)
Finn shows off his new haircut to Liz, who compliments him on how good it looks. He tells her that he wanted to look good for their upcoming trip. Liz mentions that she has some work to do before they leave, so Finn leaves her to it and apologizes for being a distraction. Later, Liz checks in with Finn in his office to discuss what they should pack for their trip to Vermont. Finn tells her not to worry about it, and that they'll just be taking some walks in the woods. They agree to leave at 7:15 in the morning, and Finn offers to pick her up, but Liz declines, saying that her car makes more sense for the trip. Finn is worried that Liz has changed her mind about the trip, but she reassures him that she hasn't, and they agree to split the driving. Later, the two run into each other in the elevator, and Liz asks Finn to reminds her to bring back some apples for Aiden. Finn is excited about the trip, and they share a kiss, looking forward to a getaway with no responsibilities or work.

Portia recounts to Curtis about her recent encounter with Cyrus at the hospital. Curtis is shocked. Portia explains that she wanted to confront him on her own and put on a brave face for Trina. She is concerned about Cyrus contacting their daughter and wants to make sure that she remains safe. Curtis agrees and then calls Jordan and asks for someone to watch over Trina. Portia confesses that she doesn't want their daughter to worry and says she will Ava to warn her so Trina can be safe at the gallery. Curtis wonders which doctor would testify on Cyrus's behalf and suggests that they should find out his name. Portia says whoever it is should have his license revoked. Eventually, Curtis tells her to leave it to the PCPD. Portia vows to take the first shot if Cyrus comes after her or Trina. Curtis remarks that she sounds like his wife. Later, Portia reminds Curtis that they should get dinner, and she offers to cook. Curtis suggests they should go out instead and take a break from their busy schedules.
Stella and Jordan have a conversation about Jordan becoming a grandmother when they are interrupted by Felicia. Felicia reveals that she made a costly mistake with a patient and is worried about what to do next. Jordan receives a phone call and excuses herself from the conversation. Felicia confides in Stella about what happened and how the patient will have to pay $11,000 out of pocket. She wonders what to do, and Stella jokingly suggests writing a check, but assures her that they will figure it out. Stella leaves to handle the situation. When she returns, she informs Felicia that she will have to pay for her mistake. Jordan sympathizes with Felicia, but Felicia insists on taking responsibility. She leaves to write a check to cover the costs. When she returns, Stella tells her that the issue has been resolved and she doesn't have to pay anything. Felicia is grateful and thanks Stella for being a lifesaver.
Sonny expresses his gratitude to Dante for the gift he gave him. When Dante asks Sonny about the wedding, Sonny says it was just what they wanted it to be. Dante confesses that he wished he could have been there, but the timing was too last minute. He asks if Michael served as the best man, to which Sonny confirms and says it meant everything to him. Sonny and Dante then discuss Dante's childhood and Sonny reveals that he has immense respect for him and always has his back. Dante reciprocates the sentiment, saying that without Sonny's support, he wouldn't be where he is today. They both express their joy for Sonny and Nina's marriage. The conversation shifts towards Cyrus being released from prison, and Dante advises his father to avoid doing anything that could get him in trouble. As Dante leaves, he hugs Sonny and tells him he loves him.
