General Hospital Episode Recap and Spoilers for October 27, 2023:
Spoilers for General Hospital on October 27, 2023: Elizabeth learns a new skill; Trina comes face to face with Cyrus; Alexis and Laura catch up; TJ is disappointed; and Austin loses his cool.
GH Recap Today
Liz and Finn have arrived in Vermont. Liz is really impressed with the place. Finn reveals that he and the owner of the place were interns together. While Finn is busy looking for the hammer, Liz starts wondering if they could be hunting vampires. Later, they both go for a walk through the woods and Finn allows Liz to try her hand at the new skill as they tap the tree for fresh maple syrup. After, she tells him that it was so much fun and attempts to wash off her sticky hand. She asks for the soap and Finn gets it for her. As he assists her they end up kissing. She says maybe they need to wash their hands together more often.
Esme brings Laura to see Alexis. Laura informs Alexis that Esme has been settling into her new job. As Esme leaves them alone to talk, Alexis welcomes Laura home and asks for an update on Nikolas. Laura first thanks Alexis for keeping an eye on Esme. Later, Laura confirms to Alexis that Nikolas is alive and wishes she could reach him. She asks Alexis about the severity of the charges Nikolas might face if he returned for holding Esme hostage. However, Alexis doesn't think Nikolas would face criminal charges for many reasons, especially since Esme doesn't even remember being held hostage. Laura wants to contact him, but Alexis advises that they should give him time to figure things out on his own. Laura notes the irony that she cannot bring her son home, but her brother is free. Laura admits it will be a really long time before she can trust Cyrus. When Laura leaves, Esme asks Alexis for a raise because she wants to move out of Kevin and Laura's place. Alexis doesn't believe her and questions her further leading Esme to admit that she is starting to develop feelings for Spencer.
TJ rushes to Jordan to reveal his captors' identity. TJ had been having trouble remembering Mason, but something clicked today and he finally recalled. This means they can now pursue justice and ensure that Mason is punished to the fullest extent of the law. However, Jordan informs TJ that they might face some difficulties in their pursuit. She says that they should approach the situation from the perspective of DA Scorpio. Additionally, she points out that TJ's testimony would not be useful due to his blindfolded state during the abduction. In response, TJ expresses disbelief. Jordan offers some comfort by stating that there is solace in the fact that Mason will face prosecution for his actions against Ava.
Josslyn checks in with Trina and asks why she left so early in the morning. Trina tells her that she is at the gallery working for Ava. Josslyn and Adam are studying in the dorm. Meanwhile, Cyrus arrives at the gallery and surprises Trina. She asks him what he is doing there and what he wants. He explains that he thought Ava would be there and he wanted some art for his new place. He tells her that he saw Dr. Robinson, who warned him not to seek her out. Trina insists that Cyrus should leave, but before he does, he apologizes for his past actions. Trina demands that he gets out, and Spencer enters the gallery, wondering what is happening. Spencer asks Cyrus why he is there. Cyrus tells him that he would love it if Spencer called him uncle. Spencer tells Cyrus that what he did to Trina and her mother is unforgivable. Trina says she doesn't accept his apology, which means nothing to her, and warns him that if he comes near her again, she will call the police. When Cyrus leaves, Spencer comforts Trina and tells her that everything will be alright.
Joss and Adam have a conversation about how to improve memory when doing school work. They spend some time getting to know each other. Joss confesses that her goal is to excel in her undergraduate studies and then move on to the next challenge. She mentions that her parents are supportive of her approach. Later, Dex comes by and Josslyn is pretty happy to see him, noting that he is rescuing her from the hardwork.
