Spoilers for General Hospital on October 6, 2023: Michael and Willow ponder a decision; Carly is shaken; Anna makes a request; Nina shares news with Valentin; and Kristina is filled with anticipation.
General Hospital Episode Recap October 6, 2023:

Sonny visits some people to let them know that he and Nina are eloping. Carly is surprised by this news and asks why they changed their plans. Sonny asks if Carly is okay with Donna accompanying them, to which she agrees and suggests Avery come too but Sonny hasn't been able to reach Ava. Sonny promises to help Carly with a favor she asked for regarding Drew's case and tells her he has turned to Alexis for help. He expresses confidence that Alexis will be able to use her connections to get to Judge Kim. Carly thanks Sonny for his efforts and asks if he found out who Austin had been visiting in Pentonville. Sonny says he has no information on that yet and notes he will deal with this when he gets back from the wedding. He promises to take pictures of Donna at the wedding and let her see them.

Nina visits Valentin's beautiful home and notices he looks upset. She inquires about his feelings, and he admits to feeling lost. Nina suggests they find someone to help Charlotte together. Valentin expresses guilt for not confronting Charlotte and wonders if he caused her behavior. Nina reassures him that they will get Charlotte the help she needs and encourages him not to blame himself. He confides in Nina that he hasn't told Anna the truth yet and questions whether he should. Nina supports him and promises to always care about him and Charlotte. However, she reveals she is leaving town to elope with Sonny in Puerto Rico. Valentin appreciates her support but declines to call her during her wedding. Charlotte arrives and questions why Valentin didn't inform her of Nina's visit. Charlotte invites Nina to stay, but she declines, stating she is leaving for Puerto Rico. Charlotte hopes they can all go on a trip together someday, and Nina suggests a girls' trip in the future.

Dante and Kristina meet at Charlie's. They discuss the wedding, and Kristina urges Dante to attend. However, he expresses that he cannot leave at this time, providing several reasons to back his claim. Kristina, on the other hand, emphasizes the importance of their presence to support their father and claims that nothing can keep her away. She also discloses that Sonny invited Michael to the event but isn't sure if he will show up. Blaze then arrives, and Kristina is delighted to see her. Blaze and Dante appear to be acquainted, with Kristina referring to them as best friends. Kristina informs Blaze that she will be flying to Puerto Rico for her father's wedding, which Blaze appreciates. Dante believes that his father and Nina are wise to have a small family ceremony rather than a grand wedding in Port Charles, which could lead to problems.

Michael goes to the hospital to search for Willow. During his wait, he thinks about Sonny's invitation to his wedding with Nina. Willow finally arrives and asks if everything is okay. Michael reassures her that everything is fine and he didn't mean to cause her to worry. They sit down and have a conversation about Sonny's recent visit. Michael explains that Sonny and Nina plan to elope in Puerto Rico. Willow inquires if that means they are off the hook for attending the wedding, but Michael says no. Sonny still wants them to be there.
Robert runs into Anna at the Metro Court and they discuss Sonny providing her with protection. Anna reveals that Valentin had purchased a house for them, but she has yet to move in. She mentions how Valentin always surprises her. Anna acknowledges that Charlotte needs her father's attention, so she plans on staying in a hotel for the time being. She requests Robert's assistance with an urgent matter. Anna brings up the shooting and her room being vandalized, and she suspects the threat is coming from within the WSB. She pleads with Robert to help her.

Gregory asks Alexis about Sonny's recent visit. She explains that Sonny came to ask for a favor regarding Drew. Gregory praises Alexis for her strong business skills, calling her a "force of nature." He then brings up his son Chase and admits that he still hasn't told him about his ALS diagnosis. Gregory is struggling with finding the right time to tell Chase, as he doesn't want him to pity him. Alexis reassures Gregory that he will do what is best for him and that she won't judge him. They then discuss how to handle Judge Kim. They research Kim's profile and realize that he is trying to impress the judicial board for a higher position. In other words, Kim is seeking attention from those above him and they can help him achieve his goal. From the look on her face, Gregory can tell that she has a plan. She does, and Gregory loves it.
