The Young and the Restless Recap for Wednesday, October 25, 2023:
Today on The Young and the Restless, Victor comes clean, Ashley returns home to chaos, and Christine opens up to Danny about their past.

Nick confronts his father at the Ranch and shows him a snake drawing that he obtained from Adam. He explains that the drawing was created from the names of Victor's children and says that he knows what it means. Victor and Nikki are confused and ask Nick to explain further. Nick reminds his father about the childhood stories and believes that Victor left the drawing for him to find as a cry for help. Nikki urges Victor to tell Nick the truth. Nick is left with many questions and realizes that his father's behavior was all an act. He confronts his father and questions why he would put them through this. Victor explains that he needed to find out who he could trust and now that Nick knows the truth, he is counting on him. However, Nick is concerned about Victoria and wants her to know the truth as well. Victor disagrees and says that it is too soon. He needs to know who he can trust before revealing the truth to anyone else.

Christine unexpectedly meets Danny at Crimson Lights. Though surprised to see him, she doesn't show much excitement and reveals that she didn't even know he was back in town. She tells him that she came to get some caffeine and Danny offers to get it for her, but she declines and says that she will get it herself in a minute. Danny then inquires about her recent trip to Portugal, to which Christine responds that it wasn't a good one.
After Christine gets her caffeine fix, she hesitates to open up to Danny about what had happened in Portugal and instead asks him what brings him back to Genoa City. During their conversation, Christine mentions Phyllis and Danny knows how she feels about her. He defends Phyllis and believes that she is on a good path to redemption, but Christine doubts it. He understands that it's hard for her to give Phyllis the benefit of the doubt, but maybe this is one time they should try. Later, Christine discloses to Danny that after seeing Paul, their marriage is officially over.
Jack and Tucker bump into each other. Jack tells Tucker that he has something for him, it's the bug. He confesses that he was planning on beating him at his own game, but decided not to stoop to his level. He reminds Tucker that they have dirt on him, but Tucker could care less. Suddenly, Jack gets a text from his sister and he declares that the conversation is over. He then exits the scene

Kyle and Audra are getting dressed. He mentions that he likes to mix a little business with pleasure. Audra wonders if he is ready to discuss joining her alliance. He tells her that he needs more information, specifically about how she plans to execute this, what her timeline is, how it affects his parents, and where he fits into her plan. Audra clarifies that it is Tucker's plan, and she is simply along for the ride. Audra informs Kyle that Tucker is extremely angry with Ashley and plans to take over Jabot. As Tucker's intentions are often difficult to discern, Kyle questions why she trusts him and why he should. Audra feels that she knows Tucker better than anyone else. Although they go way back, Kyle wonders about the extent of their current relationship. When he asks Audra if they have ever had a sexual relationship, she wonders if she says yes if it will upset him. Later on, Kyle reveals that he is onboard with their plan. After Kyle leaves, Tucker visits Audra, who informs him that Kyle is now in on their plan.

Diane comes downstairs and is surprised to find Ashley there. Ashley remarks that her presence is unexpected, as nobody knew she was returning. Diane says that Jack will be thrilled to see her. Despite not being best friends, they are family, and Diane suggests that they make peace for Jack's sake. Ashley agrees, especially since Diane saved her life. She then asks about everyone else, but Diane tells her that they are all busy. Diane apologizes to Ashley for the way her marriage turned out. Ashley admits that she would like to know what Tucker has been up to since he returned to town. She then asks Diane if she knows anything about Tucker's plans. Diane promises to tell her everything, as they both have a common goal to protect the family and the company.
Diane updates Ashley on Tucker's recent activities and Billy's plan against him. Ashley decides to inform Jack and Billy that she is back in town by sending them a text message. When they arrive, Jack and Billy welcome her home and they discuss the need to work together and focus on stopping Tucker. Ashley suggests that she could pretend to rekindle things with him to get more information, but Jack opposes. Later, Kyle arrives and Ashley greets him. Jack asks Kyle about his whereabouts, and Kyle mentions he was with Audra. Jack criticizes Kyle's choice of partner, but Kyle questions if his father has learned anything from judging other people's partners. Ashley brings up the close relationship between Tucker and Audra and suggests that Audra could be using Kyle for some hidden agenda.
