General Hospital Episode Recap and Spoilers for Today, Wednesday, November 15, 2023:
What happened today on General Hospital: TJ is left reeling. Cyrus issues a warning. Marshall and Curtis connect. Diane vents to Alexis. Maxie makes a surprise announcement.
GH Recap Today
The ladies of Deception return to Haven and she welcomes them back. She asks about the real issue and Lucy assures her that there are no issues with the Deception. Haven inquires about their spokesmodel and Lucy tells her that they brought a lawyer to prevent any shenanigans. Scott confronts Haven about her attempt to cause Sasha to have a meltdown on her show and warns her of a possible lawsuit if such a thing were to happen again. Haven assures him that it was a minor glitch and won't happen again. There's a slight delay as Lucy reminds Maxie to inform Sasha that they are ready for her. Sasha arrives and Haven promises that there won't be any technical difficulties. Sasha agrees to remain professional if Haven does the same.
Lucy expresses her hope that everything will go smoothly for Sasha's sake. Meanwhile, Maxie tries to contact Cody and is relieved when he finally arrives. Maxie then reveals to everyone that Sasha will be partnering with Cody as the new male face of Deception. However, Haven objects to the idea due to Cody's previous threatening behavior towards her. After some convincing, Haven agrees to go along with Maxie and Lucy's plan. Lucy observes Sasha and Cody working together and realizes they make a great team. Maxie praises Sasha for her sales skills, but Sasha confesses to Maxie that she cannot continue working with Cody as she has developed feelings for him.
Austin and Cyrus meet at the staircase. Cyrus says he brings tidings of great joy. Cyrus informs Austin that his cousin Mason will be making a plea deal soon. Mason plans to admit that he is the only person responsible for kidnapping Ava Jerome. Cyrus then reminds Austin that he has been let off the hook by Cyrus's goodwill, as it was him who paid for Austin's medical school. Austin believes he has paid Cyrus back by doing him favors for years, but Cyrus thinks otherwise. He believes that Austin owes him a large debt of gratitude, and threatens to involve the police if he doesn't get it. Cyrus warns Austin that if he doesn't understand the concept of gratitude, the police can get evidence to implicate Austin in a previous case. After Cyrus's warning, Austin agrees to do whatever Cyrus wants him to do. Cyrus then thanks him for his generosity and walks away.
GH Recap Today
Diane and Alexis meet up at the Metro Court and order their drinks. They begin to discuss their miseries, while across the room, Molly and Kristina hug. Alexis mentions that she's happy to see her daughters getting along again and attributes it to Andrea, the surrogate who's almost through her first trimester. She hopes this is the last time her daughters are at odds. Diane confesses that every time she and Robert are cruising down the highway, a blast from the past comes to run them off the highway. Although it's not Holly, it's Anna. Diane admits that Anna can't even manage what she's going through after shooting Charlotte, and she can understand why Robert wants to be there for her. Later, Diane gets a call from Robert and tells him that she was just talking about him.
GH Recap Today
Andrea meets TJ at the hospital and requests a private conversation. TJ takes her to an examination room and she apologizes for interrupting his work as she knows how busy he is. Andrea reveals that she wants to talk about the baby. TJ offers to call Molly, but Andrea stops him and tells him that she lost the baby. TJ advises her to focus on her recovery and assures her that he will break the news to Molly. He suggests that they wait some time before trying again, but Andrea is adamant that she cannot go through this experience again.
TJ later approaches Portia and asks if he could have a moment of her time. He confides in her that everything is not alright and when she inquires about what's wrong, he tells her that the surrogate has had a miscarriage. He further explains that he has the responsibility of informing Molly, but he does not know how to. Portia advises him to be the one to break the news to Molly and not let this loss create a barrier between them.
Curtis welcomes Marshall as he arrives. Curtis reveals that he's new to meditation and is still trying to figure it out. Marshall asks if it's helping him and Curtis admits that it's too soon to tell. Marshall shares that he used to meditate as a former musician had recommended it to him. He admits that he's grateful for what meditation has brought into his life. Curtis wonders why Marshall never recommended it to him before. Marshall explains that he had hoped Curtis would come to meditation on his own, and he's glad that he did. Shortly after, Portia arrives home and Curtis tells her about his conversation with Marshall. Curtis notices her expression and asks if everything is okay. Portia tells him that she received some bad news today. However, she expresses her gratitude for their daughter, the beautiful girl they made together. She is grateful for every day they get to spend together.
Kristina expresses her gratitude towards Molly for assisting with the contracts. She informs Molly that once the paperwork has been filed, the center's renovations can start. Kristina mentions that she aims to launch the center by June 2024. Molly responds positively and says that she and TJ can bring their baby to the dedication ceremony by that time. She also mentions that she has been thinking of quitting her job at the DA office and finding a less demanding job for the sake of her baby. Molly reveals that she never knew she wanted a baby until she found out that she couldn't have children. Molly and Kristina and leave together. Later, when TJ calls, Molly tells him that she is working late. She confesses that she cannot continue with such demanding work once the baby is born. TJ tells her that they need to have an important talk.
