General Hospital Episode Recap and Spoilers for Friday, November 3, 2023: 




Spoilers for General Hospital on November 3, 2023: Laura and Kevin debrief. Willow opens up to Michael. Sam checks on Carly. Alexis senses a shift between Kristina and Molly. Valentin is alarmed.

Alexis arrives at Molly’s house. TJ is not there. Later, Kristina arrives and Alexis is amazed to see the sisters getting along. She asks what’s going on since they haven’t been speaking to each recently. The sisters reflect on their past Halloweens, and Alexis expresses her pride in her daughters, all three of them. Kristina tells Molly to wait until Alexis gets her hands on her little girl, and Molly reveals that Scout is missing Drew and they hope for a miracle.

Carly finishes closing up Kelly's and calls Alexis to check for an update on Drew's case, but there is none. Carly tells Alexis to keep pushing. Sam walks in to check on Carly. Carly expresses her worry about Drew and how waiting for news is driving her crazy. Sam thinks that it would be life-changing for Scout to have her dad home. Sam compliments Carly on how civil she has been to Nina. Carly agrees that she wants Sonny to be happy. She thinks that Nina has been behaving but doesn't believe that she has changed. However, she's willing to accept Nina if that's what Willow wants.




Sam and Carly talk about Michael, who was the best man at the wedding. They are both happy that Michael and Sonny have become close again. Carly thinks that whatever happened in Puerto Rico has changed everything between them. She is also glad that Sam came to check on her, so she could help. Both of them agree that they have come a long way because they would have never imagined being able to be civil to each other based on their relationship years ago. Sam encourages Carly not to give up because Alexis never will. As Carly locks up someone notices her from outside. It turns out to be Drew, who enters and kisses her. Carly is confused and asks how he is here. Drew tells her that he has been released and that he loves her so much. Carly reciprocates her love for him.

Willow is walking outside Kelly's when she sees the ghost of Harmony, who gives her a warning. However, Willow can't hear the words being said. Later on, Willow wakes up from this dream and tells Michael she had the Harmony dream again. Willow thinks that she is being warned about someone lying to her. She wonders if someone is really lying to her, and Michael reflects on confronting Nina about her exposing Carly and Drew to the SEC. Willow wonders if she is just nervous about how well things are going with Nina. Michael asks if things are going well with Nina, and she replies affirmatively. He then wonders if Willow really wanted to go on that trip with Nina to Montreal, to which she admits that she does. Michael had no idea she really wanted to go, and she thinks this could be another positive for their relationship. Willow asks Michael what he thinks, and he tells her that the only thing he cares about is her and the kids being happy. He'll do whatever it takes to make that happen. She's starting to think that she could have a real relationship with Nina, and in the past, she might have dreaded it, but things have changed.








GH Recap Today






Valentin is in his car with Charlotte, Jake, Georgie and Danny. Before they get out, he stops them and gives them orders on how to behave for the night.  After he walks away, Jake asks Charlotte why she changed her costume. She replies that she might dress up as the Hermit next year. Laura and Kevin discuss his interaction with Charlotte. Laura gets a call from Valentin, who is just checking in. Charlotte is having a great time trick-or-treating with her friends and Valentin thinks she really needed this. Laura thanks him for checking in with her. 



Jake, Georgie, and Danny search for Charlotte, who sneaks off in her Halloween costume without their knowledge. Laura tells Kevin that she thinks Victor had access to Charlotte because he hates Anna. Why else would Charlotte do something like this? Valentin checks in with the kids and realizes that Charlotte is missing. They inform him that Jake is gone too.




Anna arrives and presents a memo to Robert. They discuss the WSB agent and how she is convinced that Forsythe is the one targeting her. Forsythe used to hold a high position in the intelligence community. There was a major mistake made by Forsythe at the WSB, but it was covered up. Anna considers taking this information to the Invader, but Robert advises her to be cautious. Charlotte uses the keys that she stole to enter Anna's apartment. She uses a flashlight to look around and goes through Anna's belongings. When Anna returns to her apartment, she realizes that someone is inside. She pulls out her gun, slightly opens the door, and tells them to freeze. The situation escalates dramatically, and without knowing who it is, Anna fires her gun as Charlotte turns around.
