What happened today on The Young and the Restless: Jill confronts Tucker about working with Mamie, Claire shows her true colors to Nikki, and Victor offers Victoria a second chance.

Nikki attempts to gain Claire's attention, but receives no response. She begins to ponder what Claire wants from her and tells herself to remain calm. Nikki's main focus is to escape and she is determined to figure out a way to do so. She promises that once she is free from the situation, there will be hell to pay. Nikki searches for something and finds something that can unlock the door. As she takes off her shoes, she quietly walks down the stairs.
Nikki tries to make a call, but Claire administers a sedative again. Nikki asks Claire what she wants, but Claire refuses to reveal the surprise until everyone is present. Nikki asks Claire who she is after Claire mentions that she has a problem with Nikki's entire family. Claire expresses her disgust towards Nikki's family and mentions that she waited long enough to even the score. As Nikki starts losing consciousness, Claire warns her that she will get her answers soon. However, Nikki warns Claire to stay away from her family. After, Claire sends a text, "She got out. It's handled. But I need your help." After being hooked up to an IV, Nikki has a dream of Victor, who promises to get her out. Upon waking up, she notices a doll on the bed.
In the Jazz Lounge, Victoria notices her brothers and asks if they have come from the office. She wonders if Adam is trying to persuade her to stay at Newman. Adam and Victoria start bickering, but Nick interrupts them and tells them that they need to find a solution as things are getting out of hand. Adam apologizes to Victoria and she reciprocates.

In the Jazz Lounge, Victoria notices her brothers and asks if they have come from the office. She wonders if Adam is trying to persuade her to stay at Newman. Nick asks Victoria what it would take for her to stay at Newman. Victoria says that if Adam quits or Victor fires him, she will gladly return. Nick insists that their father wants them to work together, but Victoria refuses to change her mind. Nick pleads with Victoria, saying that they need to support their father in case anything happens to him. Adam is upset that he is always seen as having an ulterior motive, despite his genuine commitment to make things work. He leaves, saying that he doesn't care what they think, but he believes that Victor will.
Jill is back in town and she admires the changes Lily has made to Devon's old apartment. While Lily offers her some water, Jill declines as she has to leave soon. Suddenly, Daniel appears and informs Jill of a new development at Chancellor Winters that she needs to know about. He says it is rumored that Mamie's interest in the company is more than meets the eye, as she is in cahoots with Tucker McCall.
Jill is back in town and she admires the changes Lily has made to Devon's old apartment. While Lily offers her some water, Jill declines as she has to leave soon. Suddenly, Daniel appears and informs Jill of a new development at Chancellor Winters that she needs to know about. He says it is rumored that Mamie's interest in the company is more than meets the eye, as she is in cahoots with Tucker McCall.
Jill suspects that it was Tucker's idea and Mamie just went along with it. Jill feels that they both want to oust her.
Tucker meets with Audra at GCAC. She warns him that he may not like what she has to say. Audra informs Tucker that Kyle has had a change of heart and is backing out of their deal. Tucker believes that Kyle will tell his father about it and he knows that Jack believes he has something in the works.

Tucker is disappointed that Audra did not anticipate Kyle's change of heart. However, he is confident that this is not the end of the matter and that Kyle will eventually confess to his family and play the victim. Audra agrees with Tucker's reasoning that Jack will try to use Kyle as a mole. Tucker thinks so because he is convinced that Kyle is desperate for his father's approval. Jill arrives and accuses Tucker of avoiding her. Jill confronts Tucker about his work with Mamie and tells him that she is not intimidated. But Tucker says that if she were not intimidated, she would not be sitting there. Tucker maintains that his plans always come to fruition but Jill says she needs to check with Ashley on that one.
At the Abbott mansion, Diane finds Kyle lost in his thoughts as she comes downstairs. She asks him what’s wrong, and he tells her to pour herself a drink because she’ll need it. Kyle then confesses that he almost sold out his father, Jabot, and the entire family to Tucker McCall. He explains that he wanted to be reinstated as Co-CEO of Jabot, but Jack refused to budge, which made him angry. Kyle then turned to Audra, who tempted him with an offer to join her and Tucker in going after Jabot. Diane understands why Kyle felt this way and tells him that she is proud of him for backing out of the deal.

Kyle is hesitant, but Diane reassures him that it's a slight manipulation and not a lie.
Victoria visits her father at the office to express her gratitude. However, instead of appreciating her father, she thanks him for making it evident that her feelings and opinions hold little significance for him. She suspects that he sent Adam and Nick to intimidate her into staying at Newman Enterprises. Victor admits that he wants her to come back to the company for the sake of her mother and herself. He reminds her of how much it would mean to her mother if she remained at the company. Victoria confronts him about his constant support of Adam and thinks that her mother would be proud of her if she decides to leave by packing her things and walking out.
Victoria is fed up with watching Victor support Adam, who she is convinced is trying to betray him. Victor asserts his power over her by reminding her that she is nothing without him. Victoria is disgusted by his behavior. Nick enters the room and Victoria confides in him that their father thinks she is going to lose control. Frustrated and angry, Victoria storms out of the office.
