Sean Blakemore (ex-Shawn Butler, General Hospital) is set to guest star in an upcoming episode of S.W.A.T.
S.W.A.T., the hit primetime drama has just been renewed for an 8th season.
In the episode titled SNAFU, as 20-Squad scrambles to track down a cold-blooded sniper terrorizing Los Angeles, Hondo discovers a link to his own South L.A. neighborhood that brings a personal twist to the hunt for the deadly shooter. Meanwhile, Tan finds himself questioning his leadership abilities while Powell and Alfaro compete in a classic game of SWAT tag, on S.W.A.T., Friday, April 26 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+

S.W.A.T. is an American procedural action drama television series, based on the 1975 television series and 2003 film of the same name. The series which premiered on November 2, 2017 was developed by Aaron Rahsaan Thomas and Shawn Ryan. It is produced by Original Film, CBS Studios and Sony Pictures Television. In May 2023, the series was canceled after six seasons at CBS, only to be renewed for a seventh and final season at CBS a few days later. The seventh season premiered on February 16, 2024. In April 2024, the final season decision was reversed and the show was renewed for an eighth season.
The series stars former The Young and the Restless actor, Shemar Moore as Hondo.
